Take Interstate 91 south to exit 14 Mass Pike (I90). Take Mass Pike East to exit 10A to Rt 146 south. Take 146 south to I95 South. From Interstate 95, take Exit 22 ("Downtown") onto Memorial blvd. At the fifth light, take a left from Memorial over the bridge onto College Street. Take a left onto Prospect and at the light, turn right onto Waterman. Go four blocks to Hope Street; turn left. Go 2 blocks and the Sports Complex is on the right - Smith Swim Center.
